It is a “super hard” material made out of a carbide and cobalt alloy, which is used for manufacturing drilling tools.

You need to take into account the material and operation you are machining, given the fact that the carbide gradation has a hardness percentage according to the percentage of cobalt the material has (between 6% and 10%).
